Truth is not what we believe, not what we hope, not what is convenient. Truth (Sat) is what IS тАФ the unchanging reality that remains when all illusions dissolve. It is eternal, self-evident, and beyond words.

Truth is existence itself тАФ that which never changes, never dies. "Sat" is the first syllable of Sat-Chit-Ananda (Being-Consciousness-Bliss). It is Brahman, the only reality.
One of the 99 names of Allah. Al-Haqq is ultimate reality тАФ the truth that validates all existence. "God is the Truth, and what they call upon besides Him is falsehood" (Quran 22:62).
Truth is "things as they are" (Tath─Бt─Б) тАФ reality beyond mental constructs. The Four Noble Truths reveal the nature of suffering and the path to liberation from illusion.
